Our legacy began in 1930, when our great-grandfather, Shree Mohanlal Vanmalidas Kukadia, laid the foundation of our family’s journey in the jewellery industry. A visionary entrepreneur and the true pioneer of our heritage, he established Mohanlal Vanmalidas Jewellers in the renowned Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai.

After successfully operating the business in Mumbai for over a decade, Shree Mohanlalji relocated to Bhavnagar, Gujarat, around 1941. There, he expanded his entrepreneurial vision by continuing the business of gold ornaments while also engaging in traditional financial services of that era. His commitment to quality, trust, and ethical business practices became the cornerstone of our family’s reputation.

In the years that followed, my grandfather, Shree Rameshchandra Kukadia, joined the business and mastered the art of jewellery manufacturing and retail. He introduced several progressive changes, including opening one of the first air-conditioned jewellery showrooms in Bhavnagar. Continuing the proud legacy, he carried forward the name Mohanlal Vanmalidas Jewellers, strengthening the brand that had originated in Mumbai in 1930.

The next chapter was written by my father, Shree Kaushang Rameshchandra Kukadia, who further expanded our family’s presence in the jewellery industry by establishing K R Jewellers, a brand that has since evolved into K R Jewels Private Limited. Under his leadership, the company earned the trust of generations through exceptional craftsmanship, certified quality, and customer-centric values.

Today, I, Arsh Kaushangbhai Kukadia, proudly represent the fourth generation of our family business. With deep respect for the values established by my great-grandfather and strengthened by each succeeding generation, I am committed to leading K R Jewels Private Limited into the future by embracing modern technology, innovation, and evolving customer expectations while preserving the trust, integrity, and excellence that have defined our legacy for nearly a century.
